Viterra operates a grain storage and handling network spanning key growing regions in South Australia and Victoria. This well established network has been servicing customers for more than 50 years. Viterra provides its grower and commercial customers with a range of services including receival, quality assessment, storage, warehouse services, grain assembly, freight, port storage, throughput and ship loading services to meet domestic and international end users specific requirements.

Viterra's network has a total storage capacity of more than 10 million tonnes and consists of upcountry receival sites and strategically located port terminals.

Viterra's seven operational port terminals are located along the South Australian coast at Port Adelaide, Outer Harbor, Wallaroo, Ardrossan, Port Giles, Port Lincoln and Thevenard.

Viterra utilises the strength of its supply chain and long-term agreements with road and rail service providers to optimise the movement of grain through our storage and handling network and transport grain to port cost-effectively.

The Viterra storage and handling facilities are accredited to meet the highest national and international standards of quality control and food safety management through best practice policies and procedures. All export facilities meet national and international food safety standards and are AQIS and ISO 22000 accredited.
