Wool
Viterra’s domestic wool network extends across the agricultural areas of Western Australia, South Australia and Victoria. Wool handled by the division is either sold on behalf of growers for a fee (broking) or purchased outright from growers and then on sold by the company (private treaty).
Internationally, the export wool division is the largest buyer of Australian wool. Viterra is a high value merino wool fleece buyer and exporter with a focus on key markets of China, India and Italy.
